I can wear 36" waist pants but like loose clothing and I need to wear a belt with the XL to keep them up.

These were only tried on in the house, never worn outside.

They were too short for me so I ordered the next longer length. While I was at work, visiting family decided to help out by doing laundry and washed them, so that negated the return policy.

If you buy them and decide you don't want them for any reason, return them to me in the same condition you received them, postmarked within 5 business days of receipt, and I'll refund your $50.00...you'll just be out the return shipping to me.
