    Handmade quilt with 1.5" of primaloft insulation. Roughly 40 deg rating. Zippered footbox. 41" wide. Ideal for a slender adult or teen who is 6' tall or shorter. Never used.

    Hi. I saw your attempt to inbox me but it was full. My bad. The quilt is sold. I made the quilt with the general direction in Beyond Backpacking by Ray Jardine. He now offers quilt kits that you sew yourself. They are made with layers of primloft synthetic insulation sandwiched between ripstop nylon. The layers are stabilized with "quilting" at regular intervals. These do not compress the insulation like down sewn through baffles but allow the insulation to maintain its full loft across the entire surface. The whole thing is sewn around its perimeter. It's a fairly easy project overall. Unfortunately i would have to charge too much because I am slow and methodical. I would recommend purchasing a kit from Ray and making your own customized quilt. Definitely the most economical way to get outfitted with light, quality gear.
