I don't care what the reasoning is, I just know it works

I started a thread on shinrin-yoku previously. It's a concept that goes well beyond Japanese culture and far into the past. It is enlightening seeing it from an eastern perspective than the linear minded humans are separated from Nature U.S. western and European philosophy. It's good to get out of rigid national and regional mental underlying comfort and cultural zones as it promotes tolerance, understanding, and a widened perspective rather than just stewing in one''s own little corner.

Is that like being a certified Naturalist? Does it come with official looking outfit with patches on the sleeves and shiny badge?

If one bathes in the forest but does not blog about it, does it count?
You can walk in another person's shoes, but only with your feet
