    Incense is appropriate on the Colorado Trail. Surely the guidebooks list the recreational drug stores along with grocery stores.

    I ended up ordering a Borah cuben bivy as I figured it would allow me to carry lighter wt baselayer and also be useful for cowboy camping...@~4.5oz..

    Hopefully it wont. Your 4 weeks from snow free trail if history has any say. Chances are any small remaining patches will be tracked by time you get to them in collegiate west, unless your really fast. This yr is tracking 2015 and 2016 close.

    I spoke w Amy @ CTF she said it's melting fast shouldn't be real issue......hopefully as I'm on a tight schedule...if I can keep my pace/ schedule I should hit CW on the 11 of July...keeping my fingers crossed and plenty of Ibuprofen 800 should be a fun 23 days!!!!!!

    With a little luck the last 2 sections wont be 40 mile roadwalk by time yall get there. But FS is letting fire burn...
