Default Dick's Creek Gap to Amicalola 7/11

Hi, I'm 2/Two/Too/To. AT thru class of 2015. On July 11th Tiger Lilly (LASHer) and I will be back on trail for southern adventure. We're flying into ATL, but still aren't sure how we're getting to Dick's Creek Gap (shuttles are $$$).

If anyone wants to split a shuttle, drive us for under $100, or wants to drive and hike partway with us we can offer:

    -Excellent stories
    -Good looks
-Tips on going ultralight (my bpw is 7lbs)
-Tips on thru hiking or lashing!

    Thanks!

maybe someone within 150 miles of ATL (maybe me, but a longshot) will offer to pick you up at airport, or northern limit of public transport, drive to Dicks's Creek to drop you, then go to Amicalola to hike north then do a key swap when you meet and all ride back to airport swapping tales of what and who you saw!

I've never heard of lashing so might learn something in transit?

I could give you a ride to Amicalola from MARTA at 330pm but all the way to Hiawassee is too far for me.
