Hiker murder trial

I read about this case first in Bill brysons book Walk IN THe Woods. I think it has been discussed on this forum in the past. Turns out the sicko that did these murders and at least one other attack on the AT lived less than ten miles from me.

Thanks for the article and info. I had no idea they found this guy. We were just listening to Bryson's book on tape the other day. I remember him speculating they would never find the person who did it. Would like to know the detective work that led to his arrest. I am so glad we have an Attorney General that is seaking the death penalty. I'm sorry, this guy does not deserve to live out the rest of his life in a prision where his lawyer'w will make sure his civil liberties are protected.
