    Default Water sources

I'm trying to plan a trip through the Manistee National Forest in MI. Is there any information regarding water availability? I have maps, but water sources on a map sometimes are dry.

    Thanks

You do cross a lot of water sources in the MNF. I would suggest 2 ways to look. Go to NCTA.org and search for Spirit of the Woods (SPW) Chapter. Bob Dunning is president. Presently Joan Young is leading a series of hikes thru the MNF. Call the NCTA office in Lowell and ask your question. Also ask about their new online maps.
