So it took you five days from Caratunk to Monson? Just asking because I got out at Moxie Pond and was hoping to take a weekend and return to finish at Monson. 3 days sounds about right then?

Took about 3.5 days or a little less, though we hiked part of 4 days. First and last were short.

Congratulations! Favorite places along the way?

Two that pop to mind are the setting for Logan Brook Falls Lean-to and sunrise over Katahdin from Mt. Nesuntabunt with Nahmakanta Lake far, far below.

Nesuntabunt does have glorious views. My favorite is Third mountain
