Shuttlers or Lyft or Uber - Connecticut Section 4

Would anyone know if Lyft or Uber are in the area of the Connecticut AT section #4? I thought I had a shuttle arranged for Friday, and was just told they can't help. We need to go from Conn 4, Cornwall Bridge to River Road, near St John Ledges. Back County Outfitters indicated late today they can't help, and Kai's shuttles would be expensive as he is located in Massachusetts. Any suggestions would be helpful.
