Take a look at the design of this pot:

I don't know the volume but it looks very efficient and perhaps also correspondingly heavy with that "shroud" around the heat fins.

Followed the link to Backpacking Light. The Sterno Inferno is a dead end. The Optimus HE Weekend set is alive and well and on sale.
