DESCRIPTION:

Annual winter gathering of Appalachian Trail hiking enthusiasts. A Trail family reunion where we share our adventures from this past year & pass on knowledge of the trail to future hikers. There is a focus on Appalachian Trail thru-hiking. Anyone interested in learning more about hiking the AT, backpacking, day hiking, gear, food, hygiene, etc should attend.

Go to the following link to enter your name as an attendee. Be sure to enter everyone that will be coming with your party so that we can get a good head count for meals.

Basecamp must be rented by the room
2 person room - $26.52
4 person room -$53.03
6 person room - $72.92
8 person room - $92.80
18 person room - $178.98

Deluxe Cabins must be rented by the entire cabin.

MEALS
We have group meals that volunteers cook and clean up after held in the Base Camp Dining Hall. Go to the following link to enter items that you would like to contribute to meals.

Open 11 am - 6 pm daily


VOLUNTEERS
It takes a lot of help in the kitchen to get meals prepared. Please join us in the kitchen to help out either cooking or cleaning.

VENDORS
The weekend is very busy and there isn't much time for vendors. Last year the vendors did not make enough for it to be worth their time to even set up. Also, the NOC has strict guidelines of what can and cannot be sold.

GARAGE SALE
Bring your gently used gear to resell or trade for other gear. A table will be set up near the entrance of Kleinrath Hall.
