    Default Sobo 2006 Hiking Partner Wanted

    Hi. I am Kate from Kansas. I am looking for a partner to begin my southbound thru hike this summer.

    About me:

    28 yo attempted Nobo last April.

    I am in decent shape and can do 12-15 miles a day comfortably. I want to start off slow.

    My pack weight is hovering around 30-32 pounds.

    I do not have a definite start date.

    Please feel free to ask any other questions.

    Heya! I'm southbound from Baxter June 6th, hiking solo. Not sure when you are starting, but if it is around the same time I'll look for you on trail.
