Trail Meal series

I've been working on a Backpacking meal series on Youtube and also on my blog with the ability to print the recipe out for those of you who don't much like watching videos. The one I just posted was Red Beans and Rice.

Sometimes it may take a day or two after the video is posted to have the blog post up, so just check back. Hope you guys enjoy the series. I'm trying to commit to one backpacking meal video a month. I also want to throw this out there. #1 Some of the recipes are my own and some will be from submissions from other hikers, backpacking or campers, so if you have a favorite recipe please send it to me, I will also give you credit unless you want to remain anonymous.
