    Default Tarptent Squall

This was a demo model that I obtained from Tarptent back around 2005.
This is the original Squall without a sewn-in floor. A separate ground sheet acts as a floor but does make a seal with the bottom of the mosquito netting. There are current iterations of this original design, the Protrail and Motrail.
These were originally marketed as two-person shelters, but I only used it as a solo shelter. I only used it for about 10 nights total. It has been in storage ever since.
    Photos to come soon.
I don't need very much money for this thing, I mainly want to get rid of it to pass it on to somebody who will use it.

Squall is 21.3 oz, but if you use a trekking pole instead of the peak pole its down to 19.3 oz.

I believe Tarptent would be capable to sew in a silnylon floor if buyer wanted to go that route after purchase.

So, to clarify, does it come with a ground sheet? It's not shown in your photos. Thanks.

no groundsheet...what I did was use a polycro one easily cut to size. Cost a few dollars or reuse some for free. The edges of the groundsheet rest on top of the bottom of the netting, making a complete seal against bugs.

adds only about 2-3 ounces for the DIY groundsheet
