Was there a re-route on the Schaghticoke section?

My son and I did some trail work last fall and a couple of the volunteers were talking about an upcoming potential reroute in section 2 of the CT AT. I was curious if this came to pass, or if this is still something in the works? I'd love to see a before / after map to know what changed.

It has not been done yet. Still planned for future. Hope this helps. ( I am with the CT AMC)
