    Maybe the Park doesn't want sued by mature adults ,some of which are suing auto makers for not having alarms to remind them they have small kids in the back seat! I don't like the rule but can see where it might be needed to protect the kids.

    I get that you don't like some of the BSP rules. That doesn't make it reasonable to suggest that anyone who's slipped past the rules in the past were actually 'allowed' by them.

    I would think that as a rule — not a law — that the Park Super would have wide latitude in deciding on how/if to implement it.
    I would argue that if The Crawfords offered to make a generous donation to BSP they would be allowed to take Ranier up the mountain.
