New, and unused. I only took it out of the stuff sack to make sure I got what I ordered. Includes, inner net tent, outer green 15D tent, patches, and stakes. 42oz total. Couple of tie out points will need to be seam sealed, but I believe otherwise the entire fly and bottom is taped. $95 shipped.
