Default Shopping for new cold weather bag

Searching for a cold weather bag I cam across a 0 deg North Face bag for $70. The North Face® Wasatch 0° Sleeping Bag. I have my doubts, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with one. I've two kids that are in need of bags. The coldest we've camped is just around freezing, but we are getting out more and more in Feb and March (East TN area). I was thinking of finding a 15-20 deg bag but saw this one.
