Offer to transcribe

Hey, Cheers here from class of 04. Myself and Grace would like to offer our transcription services to a would-be 2006 thruhiker or thruhikers (i guess two at the most). We work but still have enough time to log into trailjournals and help someone with their journey report.

If the journal is emailed to us we can transcribe that day. We can even do the same with snail mail journals. If you have pictures we would be williing to upload them for you. Our printer accepts most memory cards/sticks etc.

Excellent idea Ross! I am going to jump on that bandwagon also!

I am self-employed and work from home. Excellent typing/spelling skills, have all size media readers to upload digital photos. Dont worry about the "I hope you can read my writing..." I taught high school, I can read just about anything!

I already made this offer in a different thread but I'll make it again. I won't be hiking this summer and would be willing to transcribe for a 2006 Thru-hiker or long distance hiker...

I can handle one long hand writer and a Pocketmail cut and paste.
