Venue for AT-related Real Estate

I am selling my property which is located 4 miles from Swift Run Gap trailhead in Virginia. It would make a perfect hiker hostel, and I'd love to see it in the hands of someone who would use it for that. Does anyone know of any AT-specific places where I could post it, for people who are looking to buy such a property?

I know that my sweet girlfriend is always searching for property/ homes and uses keyword "Appalachian trail" when looking for neat homes close to the trail for me to look at.
