Fun AT version of "March Madness." While I have not been at any of the final four that made the list, I have been at many trail restaurants, which were all spectacular - maybe due to the food or service; however, they were probably so memorable due to my psychological "restart" on the trail each time I hike: something that makes me appreciate the smallest of things!

I took a glance at it and was pleasantly surprised to see 3 Little Pigs BBQ (only one I've been to) made it as far as the Elite 8.

I'm surprised the restaurant/bar in the Doyle at Duncannon, PA is not there.

My favorite place didn't even make the tournament.

Lon & Thersa's in Hampton, TN.
Breakfast was so good I took a zero and brought other for breakfast again the next day.

So, by the time we got to the "Elite Eight" there was only one restaurant left north of the Mason-Dixon Line---and it was the Monson General Store? What, did y'all run out of money north of Harpers Ferry and eat grits the rest of the way to Katahdin?

Everything here is more expensive. That is why, once retired, folks move down to Florida and other southern states. that is why there are so few hostels not affiliated with a church or a religious organization.
