bear mt parking
whats my best choice for parking for a few days around bear mt inn.
All i know is that you will have to pay, and the NYS park rangers are very diligent about giving fines to illegally parked vehicles.
There is a parking lot right next to the Bear Mt Inn and the State Park Rangers are right there. I was happy to have my car in a lot that had law enforcement so close by. I recall checking in with the Rangers as they wanted to know how many days we'd be out. I believe there was a small fee to park there. Hope this helps. Enjoy your hike!Originally Posted by jigsaw

You might try calling the Graymoor Spiritual Center. Perhaps for a donation they might let you park. Not far from Bear Mountain
