    Default Backcountry online gear supplier

I'm seeking opinions on Backcountry (https://www.backcountry.com/). They have a Big Agnes tent I'm interested in for 25% off and I want to go for it but I want to be sure they're reputable. I've seen varying customer service reviews online. Thanks.

    They are a reputable retailer.

If you have any problems with the tent then youll deal directly with Big Agnes

Reputable. I've purchased from them in the past (trail shoes). Didn't have to return them, so I can't speak to their customer service regarding returns and credits, which seems to be where most of their negative reviews come from.

Reputable. Bought many things with no problem. Last purchase was a pair of ski boots that didn't fit and I got a refund no problem.

Been buying from them for years, awesome prices and great customer service.

Also check out close out deals on their sister-site www.steepandcheap.com - even better prices.

    The Goat is legit.

Good experiences with them. Once they shipped me the wrong item. One phone call handled it. Got the correct item before I had time to mail them back the return item.

They sell through Amazon, too. I've purchased a few things from Amazon and surprised to see the goat sticker in my package. They are a good company.

Just picked up a Mountain Hardware Bozeman Torch 0 degree synthetic bag for half price if anyone is interested.
$75, regular $150. I think the Flame 20 degree bag is available for the same.
Campmor and Backcountry are my go to's.
