    Deer Lick Shelter in southern PA is in bad shape water running under shelters mud surrounding whole area. These shelters need relocated out of swamp.

    Probably not going to happen. I was thru there about 3 weeks ago and the trail surrounding the shelters is alwasy flowing it seems like but UNDER the shelters? Was it during or right after heavy rain? Have never heard of it being brought up before as a problem. They seem to be alright 3 weeks ago...
