Default Thru Hiker with a Cat

    https://bangordailynews.com/2019/06/...his-companion/
I expect the cat will make a small dent in the shelter mice situation.

I wonder how he will handle the smokies and BSP?.

It's states in the article how he'll deal with BSP, parents are taking the cat home at the end of june and dude is going to finish without the feline.

I think it was Geek the cat carried by Jim Adams? (just a guess on the names) He occasionally replies when he and his cat are mentioned., He admits he carried the cat on his pack the majority of the trip.

Ziggy would just hang out atop Geek's pack for sometimes hrs sometimes taking long naps while Geek was hiking like he was a puma waiting for a deer to wander by or a leopard after an exhausting hunt.

I cant believe it. I met this duo in Georgia between gooch and woody gap. Guy had to circle back 3 times for the feline just while we were hiking that day.
