The doyle hotel in duncannon pa can be yours for 200k. The kellys have a dream to live down the street in an apt and not run a bar and hotel. Their tired and im allowed to offer the hotel to hikerdom. Its not listed and is only being offered to hikers. I could tell you of its majesty but i will just say this....
It is easily the most important structure on the AT and duncannon will be the new gateway to hikeing one day.

I hate to say it, but that would be a really poor investment. That building needs so much work it's amazing it's still standing. But they really do need to get out of there. Vicky and Pat were definitely not looking forward to peak season. They looked tired and it was only early May when I passed through this year.
