I was hoping to have the time to do atleast the CTloop this year, but life happens(cant get the week or so off) and I'll need to push that to next year....

So, I'd say my answer is No, but i will do some section hikes/weekend blasts before things get too cold at night.

I know of one youtuber couple who've been training and plan to start NoBo this month.

I will be starting in Durango (NOBO) September 8th and taking the Collegiate West alternate route. I plan to complete the trail on September 28th.

I'm gone most of September, hiking in NH and Maine along the AT, but I should be home on or about Sept 26th, holler at me via PM if anyone finishing the CT in Denver needs a ride from Waterton t/h to somewhere in Denver (like light rail station, Union station, Greyhound station, etc).

I live 15 minutes from Waterton, and have given a couple dozen rides to/from for CT hikers. No charge, I just want to hear stories!

Just curious as well, why driving as opposed to cheap flight?
