You could use it on a lake or pond, and get hit by a drunken guy in a speedboat as well! Maybe flipped over in high winds! So many exciting new ways to die!

Not that this floating "tent" qualifies as one, but sailors having been using inflatable life rafts for decades to escape a sinking boat. I owned one back in my sailboat delivery days and would never do a blue water delivery without it.

If I could walk on water that would be the perfect tent for a Trans-Pacific thruhike. And I could pee anywhere.

At $1,200.00 bucks and 75-pounds, it will likely not be used much by the ultra-light crowd. I can see the ads now....

"Yes, car camping is back with the new 'What Can Possibly Go Wrong' inflatable water tent. Become the first in your family to be the last in your family after tucking in Mom and the kids upstream from the rapids so the water sounds can lulll them to sleep as you spend your night in glorious quiet and air conditioning in the car!"

I would probably purchase two of these Ocean Tents and tow the second one behind to carry all my fecal matter. We must keep the ocean as pristine as possible, right?

Just push all the plastic trash, that is floating in the ocean, aside, and poop over the side and give the plankton something to feed on.

Can't wait to see the Viking Hiking Funeral!
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.
