Default Anyone have any experience with the new Mountainsmith K9 pack?

I’d love to support a cottage pack maker ie Ground bird Gear but $250 for a dog pack isn’t In the cards currently as I need a new HMG junction so the ~$60 Mountainsmith looks nice...anyone have experience with them?

I’ve used the RW approach pack on my jrt and had chafing issues...the mountainsmith pack looks nice with more lil adjustability and lil cheaper. Ruffwear makes great stuff though. Ideally I’d get a RW palisades or groundbird gear but $150-$250 is more than I want to spend. If I were attempting a long thru I’d probably spend the money but only 100 miles or so at a time will try the $55 Mountainsmith and report back. Planning to do Bartram trail this winter w both ****eaters....
