Due to work I have to remain home during the holidays, but will be taking a gear proofing overnight hike on the Approach trail from Amicalola Falls to Springer Mntn. staying overnight at the Springer Mountain shelter and returning the next day. Anyone wanting to go is welcome too, I am willing to offer a ride from the Atlanta area.

I plan of Christmas eve myself, but will delay a day if needed, either way I want to get to Amicalola around 8AM.
