    Default FKT on the PCT?

This lady is planning on a 50 day PCT hike - I don't know if it's self supported or not.

Wow that's 1 tuff looking indavidual! It appears to be supported she says the tittle world record is under her trail name I'm guessing" cougar bait', but then she says the " team" gets all the credit. 54 miles a day for 50 days whew I'm tired just thinking about it ! Good luck to her and her team, looks like she's putting in the work strategically and physically. Does she say when she's starting? I'm not on Facebook, I'd like to follow this one can you keep us updated?

    She does look fit

I would guess doing 50 miles a day on the PCT is a bit easier then 50 miles on the AT, given the difference in the treadway. Still a feat though.

I'm hiking part of the PCT starting in April. I wonder if I should ask her if she needs a hiking buddy.

Don’t forget the PCT is an extra 500 miles. And there are plenty of cruisy AT sections. It’s not all Maine and NH. No though in that feat if she pulls it off.

If successful, she would be the first person who is obsessed with social media to do it.

right? She has a lot of strength which I think is often ignored by backpackers and wannabe thru hikers or LASHers and she has plenty of long distance endurance creds. Along with all those ultras and such she has run she has had and overcome any number of injuries and "niggly's" so she isn't likely to get sidelined by these things. Looks like she has pushed herself to her limits MANY times and is well in tune with her body.
