Default Need to renove silicone from tent floor

I applied some 100% silicone to the Floor of my Tarp Tent (sil-lon) It was from a tube I had here at the house.
It must have been older than I thought, because after giving it overnight to dry, It is not even hardly tacky.
So now I need to clean it off and Reapply new silicone. What would you use to remove it?

Worked like a charm. Now I'm going to give it overnight, then put my stripes back on, so I'm not sleeping on a Slip & Slide.
    Thank you Deadeye

You bet! I made my stripes with thinned silicone, the same stuff I was using to seal the seams. Gave enough traction without causing a mess.
