I am planning a trip to Janet’s Cabin in the summer of 2021. On an average year, when would the trail be passable to Janet’s Cabin?

I am no expert, but the CT Foundation website has all the links and generic guidance you need to plan such a trip. I think we are talking about the hut near Copper Mtn, just off the trail. SNOTEL has enough historical data to choke a medium sized mammal. I would start with those two sources and understand next summer will be a little unique and you just have to size it up next May.
    Hope this helps.

It does vary year to year, but any time before July would be iffy. Then you just have to worry about the afternoon thunderstorms.

Thanks for the replies. I think I will shoot for early July.
