Baxter State Park reopened the Appalachian trail in Park after recent fire. Hunt trail open all the way to peak. Knife edge still closed due to heavy snow drifts. Park headquarters still closed. Camping not allowed yet. They are trying to allow camping after July 1. They said they will announce later when camping will reopen.

I got some old Information. The Hunt trail is still closed due to heavy snow remelting and refreeze above treeline sorry about miss information. Just received a phone call from friend to post that hunt trail still closed. sorry for bad imfo.
