    Default Hammocking near Max Patch?

I've been up to Max Patch on a few dayhikes. But I'm thinking about doing an overnight.
I'm a hammocker and I know there are some areas of trees before / after the actual bald.
Any other hammockers out there with advice for a spot that would be a good hang?
    Thanks.

I have hung just in the woods on the north end of the trail. Big camping area.

If you continue north on the AT through Max Patch and take that to the bottom of the hill through the woods, there is a very nice camp site with some trees. Water is available maybe .4 from the site. It is right around mile 256 which is less than a mile north of Max Patch.

    Thanks for the advice!
