Default Remote Canister Stove Connector Protector

Today I saw on AliExpress a cover applied to a canister connector. Anyone out there make their own DIY type? Something that we can recycle to securely attach to a canister connector. I have quite a few remote canister stoves that need the connector protected from dirt/dust.

This is the one I saw on AliExpress:

Wow, great idea. I have some small ones and an idea how to make them work. Will try it today. Thanks again

Here is a better view of the protector:

Worked out just awesome. No rubberband available, used small piece Scotchtape to hold one end closed but not tight.
