I've bought their single serve packs of meat (ground beef, steak, chicken, and sausage) to add more protein to my dehydrated meals and I can't speak more highly of them. They have some really cool menu items that I want to try.
    It is what it is.

The beef stew has a burden of 49 g carbs to get only 15 g protein. Not a good source of protein, considering that you need 100-150 g/day depending on who you listen to.
