I wonder how long it takes to recover from such a feat? You're talking 61 + miles a day for a little over 13 days! The equivalent of a little over 2 marathons a day for 13 days !
STRENGTH BEYOND STRENGTH!!

I realize Joe has to submit his "data/track/whatever" but how long will it take before this either gets accepted as a new FKT or rejected for some reason?

I think it's amazing what the body can do.
Don't know if this makes it "official" but it is on FKT as a new record. I am "guessing" that "they" will likely just verify the info but I don't expect there to be a problem with the record. Perhaps a small adjustment in the official time as per the website:
"~1:04pm DONE roughly 13d3h30m for a new FKT by well over a day. Congrats Stringbean!"

Oh, and there is the podcast FKT which I recently started listening to. Comes out every Friday so perhaps this week will have StringBean on it? They interviewed him prior to the attempt.
