    Muddy and wet I just set my tent up by, it was much better.

    Glad they made some improvemnts. The last time I was thorugh in 2005 they were having bear probelms so we by- passed it.

    Stayed here last week. Water running good at spring. Saw a mother bear and 3 very tiny cubs right at the water source 100 feet down from the shelter.
    I have stayed and tented at this shelter location 2 times now and neither time have I slept well. The woods in this area is very busy with wildlife, should have put my ear plugs in.
