Default May 8th NOBO Thru Hike

First time on AT, starting late so will need to stay on a solid pace. Anyone starting around then?

I will be starting NOBO on May 9. Will definitely need a steady pace. I just finished a ten-year AT SOBO section hike last year. On top of Springer on Oct.2, 2021. Now plan to turn around and go thru NOBO.
