Tuscarora Trail shuttle-Wardensville WV area

Hi, wasn’t sure where to post this, here or the “other trails” part of forum??? Looking for shuttle between Waites Run RD(which is near Wardensville, WV) and Lehew RD, roughly between 20-30 trail miles apart. Google maps says it’s about a 20 minute commute between both locations. Looking to hit trail in the afternoon on 5/25/22. Any help is appreciated. Thx
