Any NOBO done the CDT there and back?
Or people on one of the trails, get off and flip over to the CDT or the PCT? Yes.....
With both the CDT and the PCT being longer in length, and dealing with deserts in the south and snow moving in at the north, lots of thru hikers on both the PCT and the CDT flip north when the weather starts looking to be bad. They also wind up skipping sections due to western wild fires.

Hammock hangs are where you go into the woods to meet men you've only known on the internet so you can sit around a campfire to swap sewing tips and recipes. - sargevining on HF
In case you're asking if anyone has done a round trip, or yo-yo in hiker terms, The Onion did it in 2007. Mr Magoo did it the same year in the opposite direction, CAN-MEX-CAN.
I was going to mention the first person to yo-yo the CDT, Francis Tapon, but Garlic mentioned him by his trail name already.
Does anyone still yo-yo the big trails? In the 2000's, you'd hear about this all the time, in part because Scott Williamson was doing it on the PCT every year, which helped publicize the concept. But after he got a family and stopped doing it, over the past decade, I stopped hearing about anyone doing this and its now all about FKTs.
Yes-I meant anyone hike (lately) the CDT all the way to one end and back.
