I really haven't heard much about the sobo class this year, is there a decent amount of them and where are they?
Anyone to follow on a Vlog?

As to where they are, this heat map shows hot spots on the trail (where most people are) based on historical, not real time, data. You’ll see a hot spot near the north end, and several hot spots in the southern half for this time of year. Use the date slider and you’ll see a progress of people heading nort starting early in the year. After about mid October all the hot spots will be SOBO hikers.

Several have finished, most are south of Harpers, at least two are still in Maine.
They're checking in on the 2022 SoBo Facebook page.

"[ATers] represent three percent of our use and about twenty percent of our effort," retired Baxter Park Director Jensen Bissell.
I was out hiking in Mass. and Vermont 2nd half of Sept. We saw a few SOBO thrus in northern Mass. then once we got into Vermont all the LD hikers were either doing the Long Trail or finishing a flip-flop south from Katahdin.
It's all good in the woods.
