Hey HMH: Can you tell me how you diagnosed your metatarsalgia? I deal with pain in the large knuckle of each foot, and my GP says it is not gaut. My wife dismisses my attempts at self-diagnosis. I've been hiking in Hokas since around 2012 (they were imported from France at the time), and hiked about 750 hikes during that timeframe. Always looking for confirmation that I have metatarsalgia, and want to get back to the higher mileages I used to achieve.

There is a new Good Feet Store in my town, but I worry that it will not last. Do you know if I could go to other stores for replacements if the local franchise goes under? Thanks in advance.
