FS 103 to Big Horse Gap

Anyone know how good is this road from Va 663 to the trail crossing at Big Horse Gap? On the map it appears to be a road up to a cell or radio tower, wondering how good a road it is.

My info is not 100% reliable, but I do have a photo of that road, and it looks like a quality gravel road at least at the trail crossing however I do see a closed gate in my photo but the gate is AT the trail crossing
