    Default Trans-Catalina Trail "TCT"

I'm headed out to live in the desert again this February (AZ, NV, CA) and am bouncing over to Long Beach to catch the "Cali-Vibes" Reggae music festival.
SO.... why I am over that way, I plan on ferrying over and hiking the TCT. I know it may be the rainy season, but a somewhat warmish rain is better than 15 degrees in the Bluegrass State!!
Question: Has anyone on here hiked it?
    Any Tips, Suggestions?

    Thanks!

Probably won't rain, just watch the forecast. Great hike, bring a camera and avoid the buffalos. You can't carry fuel on the feryy but have purchase it once you get there. Bring a hat/sunblock and have fun.

It's been a while since I've been, but I think the water is all desalinated, so I'd suggest taking some powders or other flavorings to put in the water. Beautiful hike for sure.
The older I get, the faster I hiked.
