    Has anyone tried these? Saw the ad in Backpacker, and thought they looked cool. Most seem to use trail runners? Wonder if this would be a good alternative?

    Look similar, but not the same, as the Salomons I have. I absolutely love my Salomons. No hot spots or blisters yet after over 100 miles. They are very comfy for me. YMMV
