    Default Dermatone

I've read a few places (backpackinglight is one of them) that Dermatone is the best sunblock for extreme outdoors and waterproofness:

I have very sun sensitive skin and used 60spf Hawaiian Tropic Baby Block and that didn't even do the trick. Have yet to try Dermatone, but will soon.

Any of you have good/bad experiences with this stuff?

    Thanks

I have used Dermatone, but I am not convinced that it works any better than any other sun block. Dermatone does not make you smell like a Pina Colada, so I suppose that is an advantage. I think clothing provides the best blocking.
