Purchas Knob Webcam down?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so here is where it ends up.

For my needed moments of Zen I like to go see the webcams in the Smokies:

But the second one has been black for a while. Anyone know what is going on?

I watch it also. I noticed that the last update was for 7/14. I wonder if it took a lightning strike.
