    Default PUD

In case you haven't found it yet, Coaster:

PUDs - Purposeless (or Pointless) Ups and Downs. An acronym used to describe a section of trail that climbs to the top of mountains without a view or apparent reason, then just goes back down again.

All it says in every thread is there have been no posts in the last 30 days, nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

well anyways here are some detailed instructions for whoever is having a problem looking at the stuff over in Around The Campfire forum:

1.) click on the link : Hiker Lexicon
2.) select the link on that page corresponding to the starting letter of the word or number or symbol of interest - for example select "Symbol"
3.) typically the page will come up saying "There have been no posts in the last 30 days in this forum." - select the drop down box labeled " Show threads from " and select the entry labeled "the beginning" then click the button next to that drop down box that is labeled "Go"
4.) select the link for the thread associated with the word of interest - for example under symbol there is a thread for $%&* that would have worked in the previous post
